I have used 4 tubes of this spicy cinnamon toothpaste. I’ve purchased from vitacost and amazon and maybe iherb. but iherb says it is discontinued. every time I switch to a different toothpaste and return to spicy cinnamon I notice my teeth are squeeky clean. I mean, literally, my teeth squeek. My husband can hear me brushing. He doesn’t use it because he has to use sensitive toothpaste. I go back and forth with 2 or 3 flavors of toothpaste on a given day. Including magic mud cinnamon. I’ve also used the chili pepper toothpaste. I wish the cinnamon was stronger in this paste, but it is okay. The very first time I used this I wasn’t sure I would like it, but I got used to the flavor in another day or two. My other brand of natural toothpaste that was a beautiful spicy cinnamon was discontinued. This is a good substitute, however the squeeky clean part is awesome. I brush 2-3 times per day and water pik or floss 1-2 x day. I go to the dentist 2x year. I’ve had orthodonticts 3x. I use white strips once a year. This toothepaste fits into my oral health care regime. I told my dental hygentist about it.
