An extensive test programme which included top level Motocross events and the 2020 Dakar Rally have proven the final product embodies all the qualities that make JT Sprockets the World leader, with ultimate performance and unbeatable value. The core of the JT TwinStar is a lightweight aviation grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminium, precision made using state of the art laser cutting and CNC machining The steel outer ring is heat-induction hardened to create a sprocket which will last up to six times longer than a standard 7075-T6 Aluminium sprocket.
